Aloyogr Shipping Policy
At Aloyogr, we strive to get your yoga wear and accessories to you as quickly and smoothly as possible—so you can start enjoying them in your practice sooner. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery options, timelines, costs, and other key details to help you know what to expect when you order from us.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to locations worldwide, with dedicated delivery options for domestic (continental United States) and international addresses. Please note that some remote regions (e.g., certain islands, rural areas with limited carrier service) may have extended delivery times or additional shipping fees. If your location is not eligible for standard shipping, we will notify you during the checkout process before you complete your order.
2. Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, we need time to process, pack, and prepare it for delivery. Our standard order processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day). During peak periods—such as sale events, holiday shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), or new product launches—processing time may extend to 3-4 business days due to higher order volume. We will send you an order confirmation email immediately after you place your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse.
3. Domestic Shipping (Continental United States)
For orders being delivered within the continental U.S., we offer three shipping options to suit your needs:
3.1 Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after your order is shipped (not including processing time).
- Shipping Cost: Free for orders with a total value of \(50 or more. For orders under \)50, the standard shipping cost is $5.99.
- Carriers: We partner with USPS First Class Mail or FedEx Ground for standard shipping, depending on your location and package size.
3.2 Expedited Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days after your order is shipped (not including processing time).
- Shipping Cost: $12.99, regardless of order value.
- Carriers: FedEx Express Saver or USPS Priority Mail, which include tracking and faster transit times.
3.3 Overnight Shipping
- Delivery Time: 1 business day after your order is shipped (not including processing time). Please note that Overnight Shipping is only guaranteed for orders processed by 12:00 PM UTC (Monday-Thursday); orders processed after this time or on Fridays will be delivered the following business day.
- Shipping Cost: $24.99, regardless of order value.
- Carriers: FedEx Overnight or USPS Priority Mail Express, with signature confirmation required upon delivery (to ensure your package is received safely).
4. International Shipping
For orders being delivered outside the continental U.S., we offer international shipping via trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
4.1 Delivery Time
International delivery times vary based on your country/region and customs processing. Typically, you can expect your package to arrive 10-14 business days after it is shipped (not including processing time or customs delays). Some remote regions may take up to 21 business days for delivery. Please note that customs processing times are beyond our control and may add additional days to your delivery timeline.
4.2 Shipping Cost
International shipping costs are calculated based on your location, package weight, and order value. You can view the exact shipping cost for your order by entering your shipping address during the checkout process—this cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase. We do not offer free international shipping at this time, but we occasionally run promotions that include discounted international shipping (follow our newsletter for updates).
4.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
When shipping internationally, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s government. These fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost—they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand what additional fees (if any) you may need to pay. Aloyogr is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or for refused packages due to unpaid duties/taxes. If a package is returned to us because duties/taxes were not paid, we will process a refund for the product cost minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey—you’ll be able to see when it leaves our warehouse, arrives at local sorting facilities, and is out for delivery. For domestic orders, tracking information is updated in real time; for international orders, tracking updates may be less frequent (especially once the package enters your country’s customs system). If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] (include your order number) and we will assist you.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier office, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk, mailroom) to see if it was left in a secure location. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day or two before they actually arrive, so we also recommend waiting 48 hours after the “delivered” notification before contacting us.
If your package is confirmed lost (e.g., the carrier cannot locate it after an investigation) or has not been delivered within the estimated timeline (e.g., 7 days past the expected delivery date for domestic orders, 21 days for international orders), please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We will work with the carrier to file a claim, and once the loss is confirmed, we will either send you a replacement order (free of charge) or process a full refund—whichever you prefer.
7. Address Changes and Cancellations

We can only make address changes or cancel orders if your package has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched (you will have received a shipping confirmation email), we cannot modify the address or cancel the order—you will need to follow our Refund Policy to return the package once it is delivered.
8. Special Notes for Yoga Accessories
Some yoga accessories (e.g., extra-thick yoga mats, sets of blocks and straps) may be heavier or larger than standard clothing items. For these products, we may need to use a different shipping carrier or adjust the shipping cost slightly to ensure safe delivery. If this applies to your order, we will notify you via email before processing your shipment, and we will only proceed with your approval.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in carrier rates, shipping options, or global delivery conditions (e.g., pandemic-related restrictions). The most current version of the policy will apply to all orders placed after the update date.
