Aloyogr Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of yoga wear and accessories (the “Products”) from Aloyogr’s website (www.aloyogr.com, the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy (all available on the Site). Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Placement & Acceptance

1.1 How to Place an Order

To place an order, you must select the Products you wish to purchase, provide accurate shipping information (including a valid delivery address), and complete the payment process. All orders are subject to availability of the selected Products and our verification of your payment details.

1.2 Order Confirmation

After you submit your order, we will send an automated order confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email will include your order number, a summary of the Products ordered, the total amount charged (in USD), and your shipping details. The order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order—it is a confirmation that we have received your request.

1.3 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order in our sole discretion. We will notify you of our acceptance by sending a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number for your order. The contract between you and Aloyogr for the purchase of the Products will only be formed when we send the shipping confirmation email. If we reject your order (e.g., due to Product unavailability, invalid payment information, or suspicious activity), we will notify you via email and issue a full refund (if payment was already processed) within 5-10 business days.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Currency

All prices listed on the Site and all charges for orders are in United States Dollars (USD). This is the sole currency accepted for purchases on the Site, regardless of your country of residence or shipping location.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You must ensure that the payment method you use is valid and that you have the authority to use it (e.g., you are the cardholder or have permission from the cardholder).

2.3 Payment Authorization

When you place an order, we will authorize your payment method for the total amount of the order to ensure sufficient funds or credit are available. Once your order is accepted and shipped, the authorized amount will be charged to your payment method. If your order is rejected or canceled (before shipping), the authorization will be released, and no charge will be processed.

2.4 Price Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all prices listed on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur (e.g., due to technical glitches or typographical mistakes). If we discover a price error after you place an order but before we accept it, we will notify you of the correct price. 3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Order Processing Time

We will process your order within 1-3 business days of receiving it (excluding weekends and major holidays, such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day). Processing time includes verifying payment, preparing the Products for shipment, and packing the order for delivery.

3.2 Delivery Timeline

Regardless of your shipping location (domestic or international), we offer global delivery with an estimated arrival time of 6-12 business days from the date your order is shipped (not including processing time). Delivery times are estimates only and may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays (for international orders), weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. We will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, which you can use to monitor the status of your delivery.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Aloyogr offers free global shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no additional shipping fees, surcharges, or hidden costs for delivery to any location worldwide. This includes remote regions and international destinations—you will not be charged extra for shipping, regardless of where you live.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility

You may return any unused, undamaged Products (in their original packaging with all tags intact) for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date. Final-sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the Product page at the time of purchase) and personalized/customed Products are not eligible for returns.

4.2 How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, the name(s) of the Products you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return. We will respond within 24-48 business hours with a pre-paid return label (for all locations worldwide) and step-by-step return instructions.

4.3 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned Products (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and will be processed within 5-10 business days of our approval of the return. The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the returned Products (in USD), with no deductions (except for cases where the return is due to your error, such as ordering the wrong size—though we still offer full refunds for such cases).

5. Product Availability & Specifications

5.1 Availability

All Products on the Site are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to update the Site to reflect out-of-stock Products, but we cannot guarantee that all Products listed will be available at the time you place your order. If a Product you ordered becomes unavailable after you place your order but before we ship it, we will notify you via email and offer a refund or a replacement (if a similar Product is available).

5.2 Product Specifications

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications (e.g., size, color, fabric) of the Products on the Site. However, minor variations may occur (e.g., slight color differences due to screen resolution, minor fabric variations in production). These variations do not constitute a defect and do not entitle you to a return or refund unless the Product is significantly different from the description.
