Aloyogr Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aloyogr’s website (www.aloyogr.com, the “Site”), including all content, features, and services available on or through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy (all available on the Site). 7. Site Availability & Modifications

7.1 Availability

We strive to make the Site and Services available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., server outages, internet disruptions). If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action arising from or related to these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue in these locations.
